To those that are interested, Hubcap Haven was started in 1974 by Bill Fischer in a garage in Osseo Minnesota. Bill had collected hubcaps for years and one day, Bill decided to start selling his collection. As word spread, people bought and traded hubcaps with Hubcap Haven and the company grew. In 1995, Bill decided to call it quits and sold the company to Tom Golling, a long time vendor of Bill's. The very next year the launch of www.hubcaphaven.com took place. The site consisted of 3 pages and required individuals to call to order. As the site grew, so did the presence of Hubcap Haven on the Internet. In 1998 Hubcap Haven signed an exclusive contract with 3 of the largest wheel distributors in the US, adding almost 4000 new products to the companies offering. Today, the company is incorporated under Hubcap Distributors, Inc. and employs 8 full time employees.
