Hubcap Haven Policies and Guarantees:
If the customer is not satisfied with his/her order, contact HH Auto explaining the issue and request a Return Authorization Number. Return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt and HH Auto will fully refund the purchase price provided the customer:
- Did not use or damaged the product.
- Did not order the incorrect part.
- Did not simply decide they no longer want or need the product.
- Requested a Return Authorization Number.
This guarantee is voided if the product has been used or damaged. A 15% restocking fee, $15.00 minimum fee applies to any hubcap or grille orders, and a 35% restocking fee, $35 minimum applies to any alloy or steel wheel orders in which the product was not returned within 14 days, a Return Authorization number was not requested, the product was ordered incorrectly (consumer mistake), or the customer decides they no longer need or want the product after it has shipped. An additional charge of $15.00 for hubcap or grille orders and $35/wheel for wheel orders will apply to any orders that are refused, for any reason, at time of delivery. No returns or exchanges are allowed on merchandise after 30 days. HH Auto/Hubcap Haven respects the right to privacy and will not share data without permission.
Please Note: HH Auto requires the customer to cooperate with us on all returns. HH Auto may request pictures of the product that was received or may ask for pictures of the wheels currently on the customers vehicle. If the customer refuses to provide additional information, HH Auto must assume the product was not ordered correctly and a restocking fee will be applied to the order.
All orders should be inspected once they are received. On all orders, make sure the product is intact, the correct size and is the product that was ordered. Before mounting wheels, make sure they are the wheel(s) ordered and in the finish ordered. In addition, ensure center cap(s) fit the wheel(s), make sure wheel(s) fits over hubs, and have the wheel(s) spun before mounting tires to ensure the wheel(s) are within tolerances. Wheels cannot be returned once a tire is mounted.
Returns: A return authorization number is required on all orders. If the customer wishes to return an item, call or e-mail HH Auto at email@example.com to obtain a return authorization number. All orders without return authorization numbers will be charged a restocking fee.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless HH Auto sends product that is damaged, or the product is not what the customer ordered. Expedited shipping costs (Next Day, 2 Day or 3 Day) are NOT considered part of the original purchase price and will not be refunded regardless of the party at fault. HH Auto is not responsible for costs associated with mounting or dismounting tires, nor is HH Auto responsible for damage to vehicles that may be perceived to have been a result of product purchased from HH Auto.
Note: Because HH Auto staff cannot inspect the customers vehicle, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the product that is being ordered will fit his/her vehicle.
