The Acura CL was manufactured by Honda's Acura brand from 1997-1999, and from 2001-2003. The CL is often thought to have been the replacement for the Acura Legend. Following the end of the 1995 model year, the Acura legend disappeared from Acura's line-up when the sedan
version was renamed the Acura RL. The RL was considered to be one of Acura's finest vehicles because of its balance of
luxury and sport. All Acura CL's were built at Honda's plant in Marysville, Ohio. This all took place during the Acura
